This is the rarest of all spirits: a single-vineyard brandy that is grown, distilled, and bottled entirely at our estate. The wine for this distillation is made from our estate grown French Colombard grapes. The distillation takes place in a traditional alambic pot still - brought over from the Cognac region of France - and the brandy spends a minimum of five years aging in Limousin oak barrels. Jaxon Keys Rare Brandy is produced in extremely limited quantities.
