Description

Composition: 52% Syrah, 35% Grenache & 13% Petitie Sirah

Tasting Notes: This unique blend of Grenache, Petite Sirah, and Syrah is juicy and rich on the palate. The bouquet is dominated by black cherry, violets, blueberry and a hint of maple, while flavors of pomegranate, boysenberry and a touch of black pepper are featured on the palate. The drying tannins give this wine ample texture and a lengthy finish.

Vineyard Details

Our site-specific clones of hillside Zinfandel, Syrah, Petite Sirah and Grenache Noir gain their intensity and focus from shallower, drier, and less fertile soils—the classic red wine grape landscape.

Because we understand that superior fruit comes from healthy soils and balanced vines, we do the little things right. Our sustainable viticultural practices include composting, avoiding organophosphates, conservative pruning, block-specific trellising and canopy management, and post-veraison crop thinning. The hard work pays off in quality grapes and exceptional wines.
