Our Estate-grown French Colombard has been the cornerstone of the Jaxon Keys' spirits program. The double distillation takes place in a traditional Alambic pot still brought over from the Cognac reghion of France, and the brandy spends a minimum of seven years aging in Limousin oak barrels. Jaxon Keys Cornerstone Brandy is produced in extremely limitied quantites.
